Customer Support Specialist (Zakupivli.pro) in VCHASNO GROUP

Zakupivli.pro is the largest public and commercial bidding platform, an official member of the Prozorro electronic public procurement system. Through us, the National Police buys food for guard dogs, and OKKO sells gasoline to the state. We have a web service, a mobile application and a training platform for customers and suppliers.

About the team: Currently, the team consists of 7 public procurement specialists, a specialist in written support, and a first-line leader. The team is complemented by a customer service quality control specialist, a technical user support specialist and a division manager. We are looking for another public procurement specialist who enjoys helping people.

What is important for this role:

• experience working on an inbound hotline / experience in the call center;
• fluent and competent command of the Ukrainian language (written and spoken);
• readiness for a large amount of information;
• sincere desire to help every client;
• openness, ease of communication (ability to find a common language with different people);
• flexibility, quick adaptation in conditions changes.

Would be an advantage:

• work experience in public procurement;
• legal education or experience working with the legal framework, documentation;
• work experience in the field sales, work with clients.

Tasks:

• customer consultation by phone (incoming "hot" line), on average 60-90 calls (depending on the season) per day (duration 1 call on average 3 minutes):
  1) on the functionality of the platform
  2) on the rules of public procurement of various types
  3) on legislative issues that regulate tender activity in Ukraine (you don’t need to know all the details, for this we have lawyers in the team)
  4) on other issues related to state and commercial tenders and the operation of the platform;
• processing of callbacks and missed calls calls;
• consultation in chat and mail (irregular, only if needed).

• work in the Home or office format with the possibility to visit the office (Kyiv, metro Boryspilska (it is important for out-of-town employees to visit the office once every 2-3 months, travel and accommodation are compensated by the company). There is always an opportunity to work in the office (generator, Starlink).
