We have been working for a long time in such a way that we are not looking for customers, but they are looking for us. Because we have the best authors and a fully built editorial office outsourced. You take the required number of tasks, the editor checks and approves them, you work mainly on those projects that you like. It is important for us to write texts with content that will solve a specific task. We don't miss deadlines, carefully draft articles, double-check what we write about, and don't need hundreds of edits. That's why they value us and don't want to let us go :) Why is it comfortable to work with us? We work remotely and in a coordinated manner. We have rules, a red policy, a clear system of receiving and submitting texts — everything so that you simply do your work, without hundreds of iterations and edits from customers. What you need to be ready for: there are large clients and serious tasks → complex agreements and many details in the TOR; there are small clients and simple tasks → easy approvals; a remote team requires good communication, planning and feedback skills; lateness, forgetting tasks and missing deadlines are not acceptable; there are guidelines from the editor to consider in order to grow from Trainee to Expert level; internal quality standards must be followed texts according to our editorial policy; we have created all the conditions for growth, but then everything depends on the person himself.
