Interesting work. Nearest plans. The business needs to build 13 sites, qualitatively and structurally, in the following periods of time.

Functional:

Main functions:

• Development of sites and landing pages on WordPress from scratch.
• The developer is responsible for development, support and development sites on WordPress: landings, corporate sites, content platforms, pre-landing pages. The focus is speed, stability, scalability and correct integration with marketing tools.

  
  

• Development of sites and landing pages on WordPress from scratch.

• Support and refinement of existing WordPress projects.

• Working with themes and plugins (customization or own development).

• Layout according to Figma layouts (pixel-perfect).

• Integration of forms, CRM, analytics, third-party services.

• Optimization of loading speed (Core Web Vitals).

• Ensuring adaptability and cross-browser compatibility.

• Technical quality control of implementation before release.

Technical requirements:

• Layout according to Figma.
• WordPress customization without “reinstalling themes”.
• Optimization of speed and stability.
• Integration of forms and third-party services.Work with hosting and basic DevOps logic (deploy, backup).
• Architecture WordPress.
• Custom Post Types, ACF.
• Optimizing performance and security.
• Understanding SEO basics.
• Understanding how marketing traffic works with sites.
• WordPress (required).
• PHP (at a practical level).
• HTML / CSS / JS.
• Git.
• Page builders (Elementor / Gutenberg / similar - preferred).
• Google Analytics / GTM - integration level.

Experience requirements:

• 3-4+ years of commercial experience at Middle+/Senior level with WordPress.
• Quality work examples (reference in resume).
• Development experience landing pages, corporate sites, content platforms.
• Experience of working with custom themes and plugins.

Experience of interaction with designers and products.
