he/she will be responsible for Supporting the Partners in the Designated Area Being The Primary Point and following up with reporting under the project. of the Project Manager in Creating Action Plans for the Project Implement.
Day to Day Supervision and Menentering the Sub-Implementing Partners (LOCAL CSOS, Veteran Organizations) of Projects Implementation at the Area Level With of the Support of the Project Manager Participate/Organize International/External Meetings Within the Project Under the Guidance of the Project Manager. Support Development of Local Recovery Plans by Local Authoritities with The Partner of the Assignened Hromadas. DISTRIBUTION TO DIFFERENT STAKEHOLDERS. Monitor The Progress of Activities Access to the Work Plan and Project Requirements. Discuss The Risks, ObstaCles, and Challenges of Project Implementation with The Project Manager and Team. ENSURE THERE ADHERENT TO ACATED FLATS PROCEDURES. Facilitates Grassroots Grant Effrts, Including Grant Approval Process and Post-Award Compliance. Are Prepared in Line with Accrated Partnership Approach. Give Flats Training and AD-HOC Extra Training If There Are Any Challenges with Submitting Financial/Narrative Supporting Documents and/Or> Drats Report Learned And best practices identified from the sub-granting process. Supporting the Project Manager in devising weekly and long-term work plans for the project implementation.Supporting the project engineer in preparing documentation for public development centres rehab, and oversee implementation by contractors as needed.Accurately tracking and reporting in-kind donations.Excellent liaison with other team members, ensuring consistency and coordination of activities in the team.Timely reporting on problems and challenges while working with partners to the Project Manager. Support draft of narrative monthly/quarterly reports and contribute to the development of financial reports through regular budgetary follow ups.Support to the Area Coordinator, the Project Manager and the Technical Coordinator in identifying areas for improvement.Provision of capacity building trainings for sub-implementing partners in cooperation with Capacity Building Officer.Regular field visits for OSM.Supporting MEAL activities during monitoring and evaluation activities of project implementation and addressing recommendation of MEAL department to enhance effectiveness of project activities and maximize impacts. - Send accurate and precise order forms in a timely manner if requested by the line manager
- Confirm quality of material selection when applicable
- Ensure a proper management and use of the project assets and stocks
- Plan team movements based on available fleet and applicable policies
Finance
- Support the line manager in reviewing the BFU(s) and provide accurate forecasts
- Support the line manager in forecasting monthly cash requirements of the project and submit to AC
HR
- Commitment to continuous learning through trainings and timely identification of capacity-building needs and opportunities, in coordination with line Manager/TC/HR Dept.
Transparency and Compliance
- Ensuring compliance to Acted internal procedures and donor procedures
- Accurate record keeping of project documentation, including photos and proper filing of meeting minutes, databases, attendance sheets, assessment reports/documents, review and updating of databases etc., in soft and hard copy
Others
- Provide translation of various documents (e.g. reports, minutes, beneficiary lists, information signs, LRPs) upon request of the line manager
Experience and skills
- At least 1 year of experience in the humanitarian / administrative /project management and/or development sector.
- Experience in collaboration with governmental bodies, consultative and participative approach.
- Substantial experience drafting reports and memos and making public presentation/facilation.
- Good Knowledge of Local Government Systems, Decentralization
