  • Support the process of material assistance provision to LAs and capacity building/ trainings for the SESU if necessary.
  • In collaboration with authorities, support the identification of materials/resources needed. 
  • Track progress of activities in line with workplan, and project indicators; together with other members of DRR team take appropriate steps to adjust project activities if needed.
  • Identify risks, obstacles/problems, refer issues to the Project Manager as necessary and participate in the process/decisions to mitigate/overcome those.
  • Ensure efficient use of resources in area of responsibility.

Internal reporting

  • Contribute to monthly, quarterly and project-end reporting (PMF/PM report/ITT report), financial forecasting, logistical planning, etc. 
  • Contribute to donor reporting.
  • Contribute to project development. 

Experience and skills

  • At least 1 year of experience in the humanitarian / administrative /project management and/or development sector.
  • Experience in collaboration with governmental bodies, consultative and participative approach. 
  • Experience and interest in DRR, civil protection,Disaster Preparedness and Management, and Capacity Buildings
