• Support Needs Assessment. Current State, from A Civil Protection Perspective
• Contribute Into Planning and Tracing, in Coordination with the Project Manager, Into The Project Implementation Strategy, Workplan, Resuce, Resuce. • Together with the Other Members of Drr Team, Be The Focal Point for Communication, Cordin. The Las and Other Stakeholders. 
• Organize consultations meetings with local authoritities, with the main stakeholders, to Improve Disaster Managementand emergency response, as well as set up individual virtual meetings with different stakeholders, if necessary, to address key challenges and opportunities and gather all the information required to start the development of preparedness measures.
• Under the guidance and supervision of technical consultant, and in close cooperation with LAs develop / update risk mitigation plans / response plans/ evacuation plans, SoPs etc in target hromadas.
• Supervise work of the Project Assistant, provide guidance and support if required. 
• Liaise regularly with the logistics and/or finance teams to facilitate project’s FLAT procedures.
• Working with local authorities, support and guide team members to establish a process and identified milestones to select targets for assistance and implement activities in targeted areas. 
• Ensure participation of a wide range of stakeholders (local authorities, NGOs, CBOs, local community, etc.) in the DRR and preparedness activities; including - but not limited to - focus group discussions with the population, consultations with stakeholders and facilitating/ participating in workshops/trainings. 
• Support the process of material assistance provision to LAs and capacity building/ trainings for the SESU if necessary.
• In collaboration with authorities, support the identification of materials/resources needed. 
• Track progress of activities in line with workplan, and project indicators; together with other members of DRR team take appropriate steps to adjust project activities if needed.
• Identify risks, obstacles/problems, refer issues to the Project Manager as necessary and participate in the process/decisions to mitigate/overcome those.
• Ensure efficient use of resources in area of responsibility.

Internal reporting

• Contribute to monthly, quarterly and project-end reporting (PMF/PM report/ITT report), financial forecasting, logistical planning, etc. 
• Contribute to donor reporting.
• Contribute to project development. 

Experience and skills

• At least 1 year of experience in the humanitarian / administrative /project management and/or development sector.
• Experience in collaboration with governmental bodies, consultative and participative approach. 
• Experience and interest in DRR, civil protection,Disaster Preparedness and Management, and Capacity Buildings
• Substantial Experience Draft Reports and Memos and Making Publish Publish/Facil. 400 "> Good Knowledge of Local Government Systems, Decentralization
• HAVE Excellent Computer Skills (Office Applications)
