Open marketplace of novels and comics. We're building Netflix in the world of books and comics, a platform with the best original content. Our team is committed to empowering every author—and millions of them around the world—to publish their book and readers to choose future bestsellers.
DramaShorts
App for iOS and Android with drama series with episodes of 1-2 minutes in a vertical Reels-like format. Our TV series are a continuation of the AlphaNovel business, as we write scripts based on successful books on the platform.

We are currently looking for a Marketing Manager who will actively scale the Meta-direction and in the future will join the team of one of the products.

What challenges await:
— Creation, management and optimization of advertising campaigns in Meta Ads on Tier1 geo;
—Monitor and track KPIs across all channels, including budget rate, ARRPU, CAC, ROAS and ROI;
- Collaborate with content and design teams to create and approve promotional materials.

What is important to us:
—Experience of working with Meta Ads from 1 year in an advertising agency or product company;
—Experience of working with the markets of USA, Canada, Australia and Great Britain;
—A data-driven approach to decision-making. Strong analytical skills, the ability to analyze large volumes of information and draw conclusions from it;
— Systematicity and structure;
— Creativity and the ability to qualitatively generate new ideas and hypotheses.

Will be a plus:
- Experience with advertising platforms TikTok Ads, AppLovin, Vungle, Taboola;
- Experience with AppsFlyer, Adjust, Tableau, Airtable
- English at B2 level.
