• Monitor key performance indicators (KPI) of the team to achieve high service standards;< /p>

• Provide training and development of each team member, conduct regular trainings;

• Promptly assist in complex cases and resolve escalations, as well as assist in managing customer complaints;

• Collaborate with other departments for improvement processes, implementation of changes and optimization of work processes;

What is needed for work:

• Experience of 2 years or more in a management position in a support service or other customer-oriented department. 

• Confident command of the Ukrainian language (oral and written), critical thinking, team management skills.

• Ability to work with CRM systems, analyze reports, knowledge of basic KPIs and SLAs in customer support.
