Our ideal candidate:
- Experience: 3-5 years of work in the field of HR.
- Knowledge and skills: Deep understanding of operational and strategic HR processes, knowledge of local labor legislation, experience in recruiting and engaging employees.
>- Technical knowledge: Knowledge of HR and payroll systems (1C, ZUP, electronic document management, Navigator, SAP SuccessFactors).
- Communication skills: Excellent command of English, oral and written.
