The ROKADA Charitable Foundation, an executive partner of the UN Refugee Agency, announces a competition to fill the vacancy of a senior social worker to work with internally displaced persons and affected population groups.

Main tasks:
- Coordination of social work and case management with representatives of vulnerable categories of the population, in particular children and by families.
- Organization and support of processes for assessing the needs of IDPs and the affected population.
- Methodical support and coordination of the work of social workers and/or mobile teams.
- Quality control of case management, compliance with social support standards.
- Participation in coordination meetings, working groups and interdepartmental interaction.
- Collection, analysis and summarization of information for reporting and activity planning.
- Control of project performance, timely identification of risks and deviations.
- Interaction with logistics and administrative teams within the project.
- Timely submission of reports and compliance with deadlines.
- Strict adherence to humanitarian principles and standards
Requirements:
- Higher education (social work, social pedagogy, psychology or related specialties).
- Knowledge of internal displacement and work with vulnerable groups.
- Experience in case management and social support.
- Experience in team coordination or a senior role in the project will be an advantage.
- Skills for working with documentation and data.
- Ability to organize the work of a team and set priorities.
- Fluent command of the Ukrainian language, knowledge of English is an advantage.
- A confident user of Microsoft Office.
- Independence, responsibility, attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and accept balanced solution.
Working conditions:
