JobNet.AG is a German company with many years of experience in the field of organizational and IT consulting, which implements solutions for the labor market, the public sector and educational providers in Germany and Austria.
We are looking for an attentive and organized specialist who will become a reliable member of the JobNet.AG team in working with partners and clients on German and Austrian markets.
Main responsibilities:
- Work in a customer support team and coordinate with IT, sales, consulting and design departments, with the goal of rapid sourcing and implementation optimal solutions.
- Communication with existing and potential customers.
- Support in the administration and support of contracts.
- Constant and proactive support of customers and company partners in operational activities, ensuring uninterrupted processes.
- Team support in administrative and organizational matters, preparation of presentations, organization and support client meetings and internal meetings, tracking and control of tasks (tickets).
- Work with CRM, Outlook, PowerPoint, as well as internal corporate systems.
Requirements for the candidate:
- Knowledge of the German language is not lower than B2 (preferably C1).
- Developed organizational and communication skills, structured thinking, attentiveness.
- Proactivity, service orientation and constant search for quality solutions for clients.
- Ability to structure and accurately document information.
Would be a plus
- Experience with Zoho CRM, Jira, Confluence, Visio, Loop, CleverReach, Outlook, PowerPoint.
- Experience in the field of customer support (especially in IT).
- English is not inferior. B1.
