Functional duties:< /p>

Development and implementation of SMM strategies for our branches:

 • Development of general SMM- strategies for the month, quarter, year and their adjustment. 

• Defining key performance indicators (KPI) and targets and following them.

• Managing social media accounts Instagram, YouTube, Meta, TikTok Across multiple branches.< /p>

 • Creation and publication of content (texts, images, videos). There will be additional help to create videos from a staff or partner video maker.

 • Interact with subscribers, reply to comments and messages in Meta Business Suite. Short communication based on scripts and transfer of the lead to the sales department

• Conducting contests, promotions and other events to attract the audience (as part of the media plan or at the request of individual branches).

Analytics and reporting:
 

 • Monitoring and analysis of performance indicators. Reach, number of followers, number of hits, growth analytics. 

 • Weekly reporting to CMO. Preparation of reports on work results. 

• Making proposals to improve the strategy.

• Cooperation with other departments:

• Coordination with the marketing and PR department. Participation in the development of the company's overall marketing strategy.

Requirements:

 • Work experience from 3 years of experience in a similar position.

• Experience in managing teams and projects.

• Have experience working with Meta (Facebook), Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, understanding work formats and algorithms. Have registered accounts in these social networks for work.

• Ability to work with analytical tools (Facebook Insights).

• Content creation skills (texts, graphics, videos).

• Basic experience with Figma, Photoshop or other editors

• Knowledge of the basics of SEO and SEM.

• High level of grammar and spelling in the Ukrainian language.

 • Have a working laptop or PC, for installation and design of banners.
