Job Description
As an experienced Game Monetization Manager, you will strategically design, build, and maintain a thriving free-to-play game economy. The role requires using the methodologies of economics, sociology, and business intelligence.
Responsibilities
- Drawing up and monitoring the implementation of the monthly and quarterly plan of monetization impacts for the project based on business plans and data analysis.
- Interaction with product teams on planning, development and testing of the functionality necessary for the direction.
- Constant monitoring and analysis of key metrics in the direction (LTV, ARpU, Revenue, eCPM, Retention).
- Monitoring of the mobile games and advertising market in search of new ideas and technologies.
- Together with a creative team, creating new concepts for monetization offers and features for user retention. Consider different behaviors of different user segments.
- Generating hypotheses for experiments to maximize the performance of different user segments.
Requirements
- Relevant experience with on-line F2P projects in the casino or cards genres – MUST
- Passion for games and everything game-related
- Analytical mind, the ability to work with large amounts of information, the ability to draw conclusions and identify patterns.
- The ability to suggest new things and look for opportunities, and not wait for formalized tasks.
- High skill in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Confident knowledge of the English language (not lower than Intermediate Strong).
Nice to have
- acquaintance with the basics of behaviorism;
- knowledge of Jira, Wiki.
