We are currently looking for a Senior SEO to raise the bar of results together.Challenges that await this role:

• Managing projects in the area of real brand reputation with a direct impact on search results
• Working with various formats and a large number of practical cases - rapid professional growth
• Working on Tier-1 markets (primarily the USA) in a highly competitive niche
• Analysis of trends and competitors, integration of effective SEO practices into the work of the team
• Tracking, analysis and reporting on SEO effectiveness, providing insights to improve business metrics.
• Building a system SEO architecture taking into account process automation
• Working on the intersection of SEO, SERM, content and link building

What will you influence:

• Growth of organic traffic in Tier 1
• Efficiency of processes through automation (API, n8n, Make, etc.)
• Formation of SEO roadmap and prioritization of tasks at the business level
• Strategy for working with SERM and scaling of projects

What is important to us:

• 3+ years of SEO experience with proven results in competitive niches in Tier 1 markets
• Experience with large sites (5-10k+ pages) or multiple projects at the same time
• Building an SEO strategy and managing large volumes of tasks
• Deep understanding of technical SEO and automation experience (API, n8n, Make, or similar)
• Deep knowledge of search algorithms and SEO best practices; awareness of trends and updates in the industry and the ability to quickly integrate new approaches into work
• Confident work with analytics and key SEO tools: GSC, GA4, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog/Netpeak Spider, Looker Studio, etc
• Data-driven approach, ability to present results through metrics
• English Upper-Intermediate+

Would be an advantage:

• Experience managing SEO or a cross-functional team
• Experience with AI SEO / LLM visibility
• Experience with other channels (SMM, email, paid social, Reddit, etc.)
