Marketing agency Maximus Targeting is looking for a targetologist to join the team, who will work with Meta Ads advertising campaigns and help scale clients' projects.

We work with the US and Canadian markets, run ads for businesses in construction niches, beauty, and service niches, and are constantly growing.

Main duties

• launch and optimization of advertising campaigns in Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram)
• analysis of advertising indicators and improvement of results
• testing of new audiences, creatives and advertising hypotheses
• analysis of niches, competitors and advertising strategies
• preparation of TK for creating advertising of creatives
• work with Facebook Pixel, audiences, conversions
• daily analysis of key advertising metrics (CPA, CPL, CTR, ROAS)

Our expectations

• experience working with Facebook / Instagram Ads from 1 year
• experience launching and optimizing advertising campaigns
• understanding marketing funnels and analytics
• experience working with Ads Manager and Pixel
• ability to analyze advertising results
• experience testing creatives and hypotheses
• responsibility and initiative
• desire to develop in the field of marketing
• will be a plus: ability to create creatives (Figma / Canva)
