Senior SEO Specialist in Dentsu Ukraine

We are dentsu Ukraine - communication group No. 1 in Ukraine and part of the international communication holding  dentsu International, which is among the top 3 in the world. For 14 years, we have been building brands and developing them in our country and beyond, maintaining leadership in the advertising market in all media disciplines.  

We are currently actively looking for a Senior SEO Specialist for one of our agencies -iProspect, who will form strategies, take on responsibility for the outcome of the project from start to scaling. You will be the key specialist between the team and the Team Lead: make decisions independently, mentor junior specialists and build processes that work. 

iProspect is a full media service agency that manages client budgets of over UAH 550 million in the areas of digital media, performance, media strategy, offline media, influence and data&analytics.  

In your daily work, your tasks will be: 

• Independent management and strategic development of several SEO projects at the same time
• Formation of an SEO strategy from scratch: from niche analysis to scaling in the top 5 for HF keys
• Deep technical audit of large multilingual and multiregional sites
• Analysis of the market, competitors and constant search for new points growth
• Development of a complex link building strategy: selection of donors, anchor plan, implementation control
• Compilation of detailed technical specifications for copywriters, programmers, designers and link builders
• Conducting A/B tests, forming hypotheses and evaluating their impact on ranking
• Analysis server logs, working with the crawl budget and solving complex technical problems
• Mentoring Middle and Junior SEO specialists: setting tasks, technical review, team development
• Communication with stakeholders: reports, protection of recommendations, argumentation of priorities
• Automation of routine processes: templates, scripts, integration of AI tools

Our wishes for the candidate:

• Experience as an SEO specialist from 4 years in SEO agency or product company with a team of 5+ osib
• Deep understanding of Google algorithms, E-E-A-T principles and ranking factors
• Expertise: Ahrefs, Semrush/Serpstat, Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog.
• Technical SEO experience: Core Web Vitals, log analysis, schema.org, hreflang, sites migration
• Knowledge of Python / Google Apps Script to automate SEO tasks
• Experience with large multilingual sites (1M+ pages)
• Practice with AI tools for content optimization (ChatGPT, SurferSEO, etc.)
• Understanding UX/CRO and their impact on behavioral factors ranking
• Proven cases of independent promotion with real results in terms of traffic and positions
• Experience in highly competitive niches
• Ability to build hypotheses and make decisions based on data
• Strong analytical thinking, systematic and ability to work with high volume information
• Skills of mentoring and delegation, experience of managing junior specialists
• Ability to reasonedly defend SEO recommendations in front of the team and clients
