Requirements:

• experience as a senior seller or administrator in a clothing, footwear store from 1 year;
• management experience staff;
• knowledge and ability to work with key performance indicators of the store;
• leadership qualities, focus on results;
• energy and diligence;
• confident user of PC 1C, MS Office.

Responsibilities:

• ensuring the sale of the store, working with clients;
• coordinating the work of the staff;
• training, motivating, monitoring the performance of planned indicators by the staff;
• monitoring the observance of service standards;
• managing the production and economic activities of the store without store director.
