Your tasks will be:

• Participation in the development and implementation annual marketing strategy of the bank in accordance with business goals
• Planning, implementation and control of the advertising budget of the department?
• Formation and support of a holistic image of the bank, management of communication campaigns (360°)
• Control of the effectiveness of marketing expenses, analysis of customer behavior depending on the segment clients
• Coordinating the work of departments (creative, media planning, production) and developing internal talents
• Close cooperation with product development departments (Retail, SME) to create value propositions
• Organizing team work, setting tasks, quality control and execution terms.

What is important to us about your experience:

• 5+ years in marketing (preferably in banks/financial institutions or large service companies), of which at least 2 years in management positions
• Deep understanding of digital and brand marketing, experience working with large budgets and complex media splits
• Ability to make decisions based on numbers, experience with analytics and CRM systems
• High level of emotional intelligence, negotiation skills and the ability to drive changes in the corporate environment
• Higher degree (marketing, economics, management).
