Live Media HUB is a Ukrainian media holding that unites media platforms: Novini.LIVE — an information and political portal, and lifestyle media about events and people of the capital — "TyKyiv". We currently work in Kyiv, Kharkiv, Odesa and Lviv.
We are currently looking for a strong Senior Recruiter/Team Lead Recruitment to take over the development of the recruiting function in the media holding: from operational closing of vacancies to process building and team management.
This is a role for someone who wants to be more than just a recruiter, but a partner to the business and team.
You are our ideal candidate if you:
have 2+ years of recruiting experience (experience in digital/media/creative industries would be an advantage);
you have experience working with various types of vacancies: editorial, creative, digital, commercial, back-office;
closed complex positions through direct search (Executive Search will be a plus);
have experience in mentoring or managing recruiters;
can work with metrics and analytics (conversion, time-to-hire, cost-per-hire);
build a system process, not just "close vacancies";
can effectively communicate with managers and defend the quality of hiring;
work with ATS (Hurma will be an advantage), LinkedIn Recruiter, job platforms;
result-oriented and thinks in terms of business categories. Your key tasks: 1. Closing strategic vacancies
maintaining key and difficult positions;
building a sourcing strategy;
conducting in-depth interviews;
presentation of candidates to managers.
2. Construction and optimization of processes
audit and improvement of the recruiting process;
work with ATS and analytics;
formation of interview and assessment standards;
implementation of performance metrics.
3. Work with hiring managers
partnership with department heads;
conducting intake meetings;
consultation on the market, salaries, competitors;
managing expectations and deadlines.
4. Recruitment team management
mentoring and development of recruiters;
funnel and priority control;
load distribution;
building a strong recruiting culture.
5. Employer Brand
participation in the development of the HR brand;
optimization of job texts;
work with recommendations and talent pool.

working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00 or 10:00-19:00;
