What tasks will you work on:
- Full cycle of recruiting in the role of senior, manager and C-level
- Support or participation in the recruiting process of junior/mid vacancies for needs
- Onboarding and offboarding employees, mostly senior+, but not exclusively
- Conducting 1:1 meetings with employees (if needed)
- Ability to join any HR processes you are interested in (except document management)
- Participation in profile events and job fairs
- Initiating and implementing improvements in recruiting processes, automation, use of AI tools
- Cooperation with the recruiter's assistant: delegation, development, control of progress on tasks
- Preparation of periodic reports on recruiting
- Work in the PeopleForce HRM system and the MS 365 ecosystem
- Periodic communication in English (internal and external, written/oral)
- Participation in international events: possible trips to trainings/meetings of HR teams abroad
- Opportunity to act as the author of professional content on specialized resources.
What kind of person we are looking for:
- Experience in recruiting 5+ years, incl. executive
vacancies- Experience in improving recruiting processes or building them
- Experience in working with top and middle management
- Ability to diplomatically and reasonedly defend your position, and skilfully negotiate
- High level of empathy and the ability to find an approach to everyone
- Skill in building effective processes, identifying bottlenecks in recruiting and offering solutions
- Flexibility and adaptability in the face of change and growing business.
- Prioritization and time management skills
- Initiative and intrinsic motivation
- Experience in mentoring or coordinating the work of a sourcer will be a plus
- Experience working with various financial and legal vacancies.
