Detective agency "CONRAD" in connection with the expansion of the team is looking for a Recruiter / assistant manager (HR), whose main job will be the effective selection of specialists for detective investigations and analytical projects.

We are a leading detective agency that has been working on the market of Ukraine and abroad since 2010 and specializes in conducting various investigations with high standards of confidentiality and professional ethics.

We are interested in long-term cooperation and development of our employees.

Main tasks

• Finding candidates and posting vacancies on various platforms; selection of candidates;
• Conducting online interviews;
• Maintenance and development of the candidate database;
• Collection and analysis of various information for the company's needs;
• Analytical work from open sources;
• Preparation of reports based on search results.

Our expectations

• Experience in recruiting from 2 years;
• Understanding of basic recruitment methods and tools;
• Developed communication skills;
• Ability to work with several tasks at the same time;
• Competent written and spoken Ukrainian language;
• Availability of a PC or laptop, stable Internet and a headset;
• Responsibility and result orientation.

Working conditions

Full employment.

Evening shift - 5 working days a week, from 16:00 to 01:00, including one working day on Saturday. Weekends: Sunday and one weekday (by agreement).
