Now we are looking for a Senior recruiter / head of the recruiting team in the direction of Production.

Requirements:

• Experience as a recruiter, HR manager.
• Experience with production, engineering vacancies, mass hiring of line workers.
• Ability to build and analyze processes. Establish control points and CRI.
• Desire to develop as a team manager.
• Experience in working/implementing CRM/ATS systems.
• Experience in searching using LinkedIn.

Responsibilities:

• Full cycle of personnel search for production.
• Formation of a list of open vacancies and a plan for closing them.
• Choosing search methods and channels, publishing ads, conducting interviews, reporting.
• Training and working with department recruiters.
• Filling in personnel documents with new employees.
