Junior Motion Designer in Talent Hunters Hub

The marketing department of a product IT company is looking for a JuniorMotion Designerto expand its team. In this position, exciting projects, a powerful team and many opportunities for personal and professional growth await you.

We expect from you:

• confident mastery of Adobe After Effects on basic-intermediate level;

• understanding basic principles of animation and the ability to apply them in practice (timing, rhythm, smoothness of movements);

• skills for working with shapes and masks, basic understanding of compositing;

• ability to work with a technical task: carefully read technical specifications, ask correct clarifying questions;

• readiness to calmly accept feedback and corrections, separating work remarks from personal perception;

• independence in work: the ability to preliminarily deal with the task, quickly learn and find the necessary information;

• ability to draw conclusions from received feedback and not to repeat typical mistakes.

Responsibilities in this position:

• Creating video creatives in Adobe After Effects in accordance with the technical task, brand guides and creative concepts (animation of elements, text, characters, UI, etc.); 
• editing and refinement of ready-made projects/templates: making edits, adapting videos for different formats and platforms (social networks, advertising, web);
• rotoscoping and compositing: accurate cutting of objects, working with masks, combining several video layers into a single scene, basic color correction;
• tracking (motion / camera tracking): tracking the movement of objects for the correct overlay of graphics and animation elements in the video; 
• cooperation with designers and other team members.
