Main tasks:

- Has experience 2+ years of work as a recruiter, in particular in the search for specialists for management and technical positions;
- Excellent understanding of the labor market and experience with various recruiting tools;
- Possess excellent communication and analytical skills, able to find and attract the best candidates;
- Has deep experience in conducting interviews and professional evaluation of candidates;
- Independent, responsible and effective professional with a desire to improve processes;
