Main tasks:

• Close interaction with department heads to form job profiles and optimize the recruiting process;
• Improving existing and developing new talent search processes, implementing innovative approaches to attract the best candidates on the market.

Our candidate:

• Has experience 2+ years of work as a recruiter, in particular in the search for specialists for management and technical positions;
• Excellent understanding of the labor market and experience with various recruiting tools;
• Possess excellent communication and analytical skills, able to find and attract the best candidates;
• Has deep experience in conducting interviews and professional evaluation of candidates;
• Independent, responsible and effective professional with a desire to improve processes;
