Senior QA Engineer - Game Development in CREATY

Responsibilities:

🔸 Quality Assurance Leadership: Lead the QA process for game development, setting standards and best practices to ensure top-quality game releases.

🔸 Test Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies, conduct rigorous testing of games, and ensure all functionalities meet the specified requirements.

🔸 Bug Tracking & Resolution: Identify, document, and prioritize bugs, working closely with the development team to resolve issues promptly.

🔸 Automated Testing: Implement and maintain automated testing solutions to improve the efficiency and coverage of testing processes.

🔸 Performance & Load Testing: Conduct performance and load testing to ensure games run smoothly under various conditions and player loads.

🔸 Process Improvement: Continuously improve QA processes and workflows, incorporating industry best practices and innovative testing methodologies.

🔸 Mentoring & Guidance: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior QA team members, fostering their professional growth and development.

🔸 Collaboration: Work closely with developers, designers, and product managers to understand game requirements and ensure seamless integration of QA efforts throughout the development cycle.

Main Requirements:

🔸 Experience: 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a focus on game development.

🔸 Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes, with hands-on experience in both manual and automated testing.

🔸 Bug Tracking Systems: Proficiency with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).

🔸 Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for ensuring high-quality outcomes.

🔸 Automation Skills: Experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Unity Test Framework).

🔸 Performance Testing: Solid understanding of performance testing and optimization techniques.

🔸 Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of clearly articulating complex issues and solutions.

🔸 Teamwork: Effective teamwork skills, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving and project delivery.

Desirable:

🔸 Game Development Knowledge: Familiarity with game development processes and tools, including Unity.
