Responsibilities:

🔸 Strategic Leadership: Define and drive the overall technology strategy and vision for CREATY, ensuring alignment with our business goals and growth objectives.

🔸 Ivnnovation & Development: Lead the exploration and adoption of emerging technologies to keep CREATY at the forefront of the gaming industry.

🔸 Technical Oversight: Oversee the architecture, design, and implementation of game projects, ensuring technical excellence and scalability.

🔸 Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing development team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

🔸 Project Management: Manage multiple projects and priorities, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.

🔸 Performance Optimization: Establish and maintain best practices for game performance, stability, and user experience across all platforms.

🔸 Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including product management, marketing, and operations, to ensure cohesive and successful project execution.

🔸 Risk Management: Identify potential technical risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity and success.

🔸 Budget Management: Oversee the technology budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effective solutions.

Main Requirements:

🔸 Experience: 10+ years in the gaming industry with extensive experience in senior technical roles, including 5+ years in leadership positions.

🔸 Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of game development, including Unity and other relevant technologies, with a strong foundation in C#.

🔸 Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading and managing large development teams, with a focus on driving innovation and achieving business objectives.

🔸 Strategic Vision: Strong ability to develop and execute technology strategies that align with and support the company’s goals.

🔸 Problem-Solving: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of navigating complex technical challenges.

🔸 Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

🔸 Industry Knowledge: Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in game development.
