About the Role

We are looking 700">Senior QA Engineer with a deep understanding of QA processes and significant experience testing complex digital products. The role involves active participation in quality assurance of highly loaded systems, close cooperation with developers, Business Analyst and influencing the construction of QA processes in the team. reliability and high quality of software products, identifying risks at the early stages of development and contributing to the creation of solutions that meet the business requirements and expectations of OKKO users. 700">Testing

• Performance of functional, regression, integration, system and acceptance testing;
• Analysis of requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria from the point of view of quality;
• Development, updating and support of test documentation (test cases, checklists, test scenarios);
• Testing web applications, as well as backend API;
• Working with bugs: the full cycle - detection, documentation, retesting and validation of fixes;
• Automation of routine checks with the aim of increasing testing efficiency.

Quality assurance

• Participation in the construction and improvement of QA processes in the team;
• Assessment of risks and determination of testing priorities;
• Quality control of releases and participation in the release process;
• Identification of systemic quality problems and initiation of improvements.

Interaction

• Close collaboration with Frontend and Backend developers, BA;
• Participation in refinement sessions, planning and retrospectives;
• Team consultation on quality issues, testing and best practices;

Our Ideal Candidate Has

Mandatory Requirements

• Experience of commercial QA Engineer work - from 4 years;
• Experience ofdevelopment of complex web systems and/or enterprise solutions;
• Deep understanding of SDLC processes and the role of QA at each stage;
• Confident mastery of test design techniques;
• Experience of working with test documentation;
• Experience of working with bug tracking systems (Jira);
• Understanding of client-server architecture principles and REST API;
• API testing experience (Postman).

Would be an advantage

• Basic understanding of test automation;
• Experience of participating in building a QA strategy or processes;
• Experience of working with SQL and databases;
• Experience of working in Agile / Scrum teams.
