< strong>JOB INFORMATION:

The senior project specialist will supervise the implementation of project activities, ensuring compliance with goals and deadlines, coordinating work with local authorities, by healthcare professionals and stakeholders to ensure effectiveness and public engagement. In cooperation with the civil engineer, they will oversee the rehabilitation of the FAPs, organize the work processes for the psychologists who provide services in PZPSP, and support the trainings for the health workers. They will conduct regular site visits to ensure quality rehabilitation and service delivery and prepare necessary reports. They will lead the project's field team, liaise with partners and governments, advocate for the integration of community-based health approaches into policy, etc.
 

Main Responsibilities

• Supervise the implementation of project measures, ensuring compliance with project goals and deadlines.
• Coordinate work with local authorities, medical institutions and interested parties in order to ensure the effective implementation of the project and the involvement of the community.
• With the support of the construction engineer, supervise the restoration of the FAPs, ensuring quality and compliance with the standards of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.
• Organization of the work process for psychologists who provide services with PZPSP in affected communities.
• Make regular visits to medical institutions and public spaces to supervise the implementation of rehabilitation works and service provision.
• Prepare comprehensive reports for internal use and inform donors, highlighting successes and areas in need of improvement.
• Manage the process of organizing trainings for medical workers on public health issues.
• Supervise the daily work of the field team of the project (psychologists, senior nurse), ensuring the quality of work, as well as proper documentation and reporting.
• Act as a project coordinator in relations between partners, local governments and target communities.
• Advocates for the integration of public health approaches into local policies and resource allocation plans.< /li>
• Performs other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. 

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably in a major related to by healthcare.
• At least 2 years of post-qualification experience in relevant field is required.
• Previous experience in healthcare programs and NGO experience is preferred.< /li>
• Ability to work with multi-task at a fast pace, prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate it effectively to different audiences.
• English - written communication skills preferred.

• Strong attention to detailhey, organizational skills and time management skills.
• Willingness and ability to independently travel around the country.
• Computer proficiency in a Windows environment (Microsoft Word, Excel).

SUBORDINATION

The position reports to the Manager of health care.

Directly supervises a senior nurse and psychologists.

Works closely with other members of the medical team.

This position will be based in Dnipro , with frequent trips to Zaporizhzhia and the Mykolaiv region, implementing a health care project aimed at development.
