Blue Carrot is a full-service agency established in 2014, specializing in educational content creation and commercial video production. Since the very beginning, we’ve set ourselves in the global marketplace by creating content for esteemed clients like the United Nations, DNB, Takeda, University of Southern California, Charité Medical University, and others. Our company unites two distinct branches under a common goal — to educate and enlighten audiences.

Today, we are looking for an enthusiastic and determined Senior Project Manager who would organize and lead the production of a series of e-learning content requests, setting up a production department tied to the needs of a specific client at the same time.

Requirements:

• Work experience starting from 3 years;
• Results-oriented professional, focused on achieving goals;
• Well-organized person able to structure the work of the teammates and themselves;
• Proven ability to build processes from scratch and documenting them;
• Fluency in English (written and oral);
• Communication skills — high enough to recruit and motivate a team, solve difficult situations and negotiate with stakeholders;
• Experience with various management techniques;
• Experience with art/video production is a plus;
• Willingness to work overtime and be always in touch.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

1. Project Management:

• Processing requests from the client;
• Planning the team’s work according to the received requests and execution tracking;
• Development of production processes: formulation of requirements for each stage and criterias for assessing the quality of each stage, development of training materials and supplementary documents;

2. Project documentation maintenance:

• Status updates in internal and external tracking systems;
• NDA and contract negotiations with new employees;
• Financial reports;

3.Client satisfaction management;
4. Recruitment (hiring new employees, conducting tests, training, onboarding).

The client is a startup that is trying to solve the problem of high drop-off rates in the e-learning industry by integrating crypto-based mechanics into the learning process, with the aim to increase the engagement of users and completion conversion of finished courses.

Another problem being addressed by the company is the availability of educational content to third-world countries.
