For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Lead the development of new game projects from concept to launch, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning with the company’s strategic goals and market trends.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, artists, and marketers, to ensure a cohesive and well-executed product.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and user needs, ensuring the product is positioned for success.
• Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, including ideation, prototyping, testing, and iteration based on user feedback and analytics.
• Build and manage a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
• Ensure the highest quality standards for the game, including gameplay, graphics, sound, and user experience.
• Develop and manage project budgets, making informed decisions to allocate resources effectively.
• Track and analyze product performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize and improve the game.
• Advocate for the player experience, ensuring the product meets and exceeds user expectations.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Game Producer in the gaming industry, with a strong track record of successful game launches.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
• Deep understanding of game development processes — to support the team in the development of features and content.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Deep understanding of the gaming market, player behavior, and industry trends.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum.
• Strong communication skills that will help you work seamlessly with different teams and stakeholders
• Good aesthetic art vision to ensure the game’s visual elements are engaging and aligned with the overall design.
• Creative mindset with a passion for gaming and a keen eye for detail.
• Fluent English level.

It will be a plus:

• Great presentation skills to effectively pitch ideas and present progress to stakeholders.
• Established network within the gaming industry.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or other project management and collaboration tools.
