We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to lead the international launch of our innovative new product. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of product lifecycle management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive cross-functional teams towards a common goal. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional products that meet our customers' needs and enhance our market position.

 

As the Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire launch process, ensuring that the product is successfully introduced to markets around the globe. This includes developing and executing a comprehensive launch strategy, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring the product meets the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Your efforts will directly impact the growth and success of the product on an international scale, making this a pivotal role within our organization.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy and Planning: 

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product launch strategy in alignment with the company’s goals and vision.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market needs and opportunities. 
  • Define and articulate the product roadmap, setting clear priorities and milestones. 

 

Requirements Gathering and Documentation: 

  • Conduct thorough requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to capture detailed product requirements. 
  • Define and document product functionalities, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Prioritize product features and functionalities based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility. 

     

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer support, to ensure successful product development and launch. 
  • Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to translate requirements into detailed specifications and actionable tasks. 
  • Ensure all product requirements are clearly communicated and understood by all team members involved in the development process. 

     

Customer Experience and Continuous Improvement: 

  • Understanding the online customer experience and leading the improvement through collaborating internally on the new feature roadmap and A/B split tests. 
  • Continuously iterate on the product based on performance data and user feedback. 
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure the product remains competitive and innovative.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance product development efficiency and effectiveness. 

     

Performance Monitoring and Reporting: 

  • Establish and track key performance metrics to assess the success of the product launch and ongoing product performance. 
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the Global Head of Product Development and other senior leadership on product status, challenges, and opportunities. 

     

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred. 
  • Proven experience (5+ years) as a Product Manager, preferably within the e- commerce space. 
  • Demonstrated success in launching and managing products, with a strong understanding of product lifecycle management. 
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. 
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional products and user experiences. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. 
  • Experience with strategic performance marketing and managing high-performing teams in a B2C and D2C e-commerce environment. 
  • Proficiency in using marketing tech stacks such as Magento, Google Analytics, BI Tools, and Klaviyo. 
  • Be obsessed with growth while not being afraid to get your hands dirty. 
  • Have a proven background in deploying and executing on a growth roadmap heavily utilizing inbound marketing (organic, non-paid channels and e-mail)
