Institute of Analytics and Advocacy (IAA) expands the expert team of the Department of Analytics. We are looking for a specialist who is able to carry out an in-depth analysis of state regional policy, accompany the reform of public investment management (PIM) and form an analytical basis for the reconstruction and development of Ukrainian communities.
This role involves a high level of analytical expertise, work with large data sets and direct influence on legislative changes within the European integration processes of Ukraine.
Key functional responsibilities:
development of methodologies and analytical research plans;
gathering of data using interviews, focus groups, etc.;

обробка та систематизація даних;
написання різних типів аналітичних documents;
presentation of research results to interested parties and mass media; participation in media promotion of research results (podcasts, interviews, etc.);
communication with stakeholders.
Understands legal regulation of local self-government, strategic planning (especially in the context of reconstruction) and budget processes at the community level.
Has experience in analysisof regional development in the context of European integration requirements.
Speaks English at a level no lower than Upper-Intermediate (B2).
Demonstrates high autonomy, responsibility, attention to detail and excellent skills in working with specialized IT resources.

Remuneration: UAH 50,000 – 100,000 (depending on the level of professional competences).
