Institute of Analytics and Advocacy (IAA) strengthens expertise within the strategic expansion of the transport direction. We are looking for an experienced analyst capable of working with complex data sets and legislative acts for the integration of the transport system of Ukraine into the EU single market.
This is a role for a specialist who combines deep industry expertise, methodological precision and the ability to transform research results into tools for influencing public policy.
Key functional responsibilities:
розробка методологій та планів аналітичних досліджень;
збір даних using various methods, including interviews, focus groups, surveys;
analysis of legislation in the field of road and railway transport,research and analysis of EU legal acts and practices;
development of draft amendments to current legislation;
data processing and systematization;
writing analytical documents;
- presentation of research results to interested parties (podcasts, interviews, etc.); font-style: normal; text-decoration: none" font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">communication with stakeholders.
digitalization of processes in road and railwaytransport;
problems and needs of road and rail transport in Ukraine;
transport data.
Has expertise in European integration processes, in particular in sections 14 ("Transport") and 21 ("Trans-European transport networks").
Freely works with large arrays of transport data and basic tools automation.
Speaks English at a level not lower than Upper-Intermediate (B2).
Demonstrates high independence, responsibility for the quality of the analytical product and developed communication skills.
What we offer:

Remuneration: UAH 50,000 - 100,000 depending on the results of the interview.
