Requirements:

1. Education: higher (economics, accounting and auditing, finance)

2. Knowledge of 1C, ZUP, (Word, Excel, Medok)

3. Knowledge of accounting and management accounting in the field of calculation and payment of salaries; Attention to detail and the ability to work with a large amount of information

4. High responsibility and compliance with confidentiality

5. Work experience of at least 3 years as a payroll accountant with the number of employees from 300 people, knowledge of SAP - welcome.

6. Analytical thinking, responsibility, attentiveness, purposefulness.

Responsibilities:

1. Calculation of salary for time worked (days/hours) additional payment for night time, additional payment for harmful working conditions, indexation, other charges according to labor legislation.

2. Calculation of average earnings: vacations, sick days, business trips, mobilized.

3. Calculation of sick leaves. Submission of notices about the payment of sick leave to the pension fund. Submission of applications-calculations for the payment of sick leave to the pension fund

4. Accruals under CPC contracts

5. Calculation of premiums

6. Vacation reserve inventory

7. Accrual of other compensatory payments to employees (gifts to employees, children's gifts to employees of the enterprise), additional accruals (additional benefit, mobile phone compensation, personal car, material assistance)

8. Withholding according to executive letters

9. Withholding on loans issued to employees of the enterprise.

10. Drawing up and issuing certificates of accrued income.

11. Control of the accuracy of the display of accrued wages on accounting accounts.

12. Preparation of information for the payment of wages;

13. Preparation of statistical reports on wages (1-PV (monthly/quarterly), 3-debt (monthly)) and the Combined report.
