Responsibilities:

• Organization of the process of uninterrupted operation of the technical network;
• Construction and maintenance of the optical network;
• Compilation of network layout schemes;
• Optimization , development and modernization of the access network, ensuring the performance of KPI;

Skills and experience required:

• Ability to work with electronic spreadsheets.
• Skills to work with information systems.
• Knowledge of the processes of cooperation between providers with Ukrtelecom and Oblenergo.
• li>Knowledge of principles and methods of construction and maintenance of GxPON networks.
• Experience of working with counterparties.
• Work experience with estimates and acts of completed works.
• Ability to communicate with clients and balance-keepers.
• Ability to shoot and read optical reflectograms.
• Ability to read and draw up cable laying diagrams and distribution schemesfiber optic cables.
• Ability to build and maintain trunk and subscriber optical networks.
• Ability to configure client equipment: routers, voice gateways, subscriber optical terminals, IPTV set-top boxes.
• li>Knowledge of the principles of searching for and eliminating damage to optical networks.
• Category "B" driver's license
