Marketing Manager < /strong>
Requirements:
- Education - higher (specialization in marketing will be an advantage)
- Work experience from 2 years in position brand manager in FMCG companies
- Computer knowledge - advanced MS Office, Excel
- Knowledge of English - above average
- Knowledge of pricing principles, assortment analysis
- Development of a business plan for launching a new project
- Understanding and ability to operate the main brand indicators (sales volume, market share, numeric / weighted distribution, marketing indices - knowledge/consumption/preference)
- Personal qualities: the ability to clearly formulate one’s thoughts both orally and in writing (presentation); a penchant for teamwork; flexibility of thinking (looking at the situation from different sides); analytical skills; aesthetic taste
Responsibilities:
- Planning a development strategy for your direction and brands and its implementation
- Analysis market and trends in the category, recommendations and implementation of appropriate solutions
- Formation of a product range
- Development of the design of labels, packaging and other components
- Formation of assortment and channel policies, standards work in channels
- Price formation: cost analysis, determination of profitability level, comparison with competitors
- Development of effective methods of brand promotion, plan of marketing activities and their implementation
- Organization of product presentations potential buyers and consumers, thematic tastings (professional consultation on consumer properties and qualities of the product)
- TM budget management
- Management of ATL indicators and BTL manifestations of their trademarks
- Monitoring the position of the product on the market (product sales progress, demand for it), studying consumer attitudes towards the product
- Participation in sales planning
- Coordination of the development of advertising and image materials for trade marketing activities
- Analysis of internal company reports, control of sales and distribution indicators
- Initiation of launches of new products and brands on the market
- Maintenance document flow for the provision of services in relation to their trademarks, accounting for payment transactions within the marketing budget
- Control of the quality and appearance of the company’s products, according to their trademarks, responding to consumer questions from the hotline
