Study of consumer behavior and identification of main market trends. Analysis of competitors' activities and their strategies. Development of marketing strategies: Creation of brand and service promotion strategies. Determination of the target audience and key communication channels. Promotion of services: Development and launch of advertising campaigns. Work with online and offline communication channels. Brand management: Formation and maintenance of a positive brand image. Creation of a unique sales offer (UTP) and control of its implementation. Monitoring brand perception by consumers and making the necessary adjustments. Organization of events and promotions: Planning and conducting marketing events (promotions, exhibitions, contests, seminars). Organization of activities to attract new customers and retain existing ones. Control of the effectiveness of the measures taken. Study of the effectiveness of marketing campaigns: Analysis of the results of advertising campaigns and promotion strategies. Preparation of reports on key performance indicators (KPI). Making adjustments to strategies to increase their effectiveness. Control and management of market leadsing in CRM, interaction with sales departments. Planning and control of the use of marketing budgets. Form reports to the company's management.
