Senior Manual QA Engineer in VIATEC

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for CCTV web applications
• Identify, document, and track bugs, collaborating with developers to resolve issues.
• Ensure the web application meets high standards of performance, usability, and reliability.
• Work closely with the development team to understand the architecture and design of the system.
• Participate in agile/scrum ceremonies, providing input on user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Lead the QA process and ensure adherence to best practices in testing.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of experience as a QA engineer, with a focus on complex systems with vidstreaming and processing
• Good knowledge of English (B1 or higher).
• Good knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Experience with test management tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software.
• Familiarity with CCTV systems or video surveillance technology is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)

Would be a Plus:

• Experience in performance testing and load testing.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with security testing practices.
