Position Purpose
The primary responsibility of the Program Coordinator is to support the implementation of BHA Program Activities and organize work of the EACAP Program’s emergency response technical teams in the Kharkiv and Sumy Regions. The Program Coordinator conducts and supports assessments, responsible for program development with technical and support departments. S/he will be a liaison between the program technical teams to facilitate program implementation and development. S/he maintains awareness of program processes and raises issues to BHA Program leadership quickly to ensure decisions can be made in a timely manner. In addition to his/her regional duties, s/he facilitates smooth operations and assists the Program Director with program administrative and project management tasks including work plan development, assisting with budget oversight and management, development of procurement plans, the ontime collection of relevant MEAL data, coordinating partner activities per PHOPE and donor guidelines, and ensuring the general smooth operating of the program effort. S/he deploys when needed to implement activities related to the emergency response. Lastly, s/he will represent the BHA Program Director and Project HOPE interests at various levels of humanitarian business meetings and social events.
Main Responsibilities
Educational background Master’s/ bachelor’s degree in humanitarian affairs, international affairs, public health, management, or other relevant studies
Years of Experience: Not less than 3 years of experience. Work in Ukraine with USAID BHA- will be privilege.
