We are looking forSenior Lead Generation Specialist (Outbound, Email + LinkedIn), which will build and continuously optimize an outbound engine (email + LinkedIn) for a steady flow of meeting-ready leads (high intent) with automatic flow to Pipedrive.
This is a role for: campaigns, data, integrations and automation.
Stack: Instantly, Heyreach Clay, Pipedrive, Make.com/n8n, Trigify, TeamFluence, Calendly.

Practical experience with Instantly and Heyreach (or equivalent platforms).Experience in forming ICP bases: list building, segmentation, prioritization, enrichment, data hygiene.Experience with Clay or enrichment pipelines, normalization and deduplication (Clay + CRM).Understanding CRM logic, desirable Pipedrive.Experience with Make.com or n8n (webhooks, API, routing, retries).Strong B2B copywriting and test discipline (hypotheses, 1 variable at a time, conclusions).Here are the tasks your working day will be filled with SeoProfy:
- Form and maintain a contact base under ICP: collection, segmentation, prioritization of accounts/roles, preparation for launch.
- Configure and conduct outbound campaigns in Instantly and Heyreach, scale without loss of quality.
- Build and optimize sequences (email + LinkedIn touches) for segments, focus on high intent.
- Conduct A/B tests, analyze results, form a library of working messages.
- Conduct deliverability: warm-up, hygiene, control of bounce/spam signals, suppression lists, exclusion lists.
- Enrichment in Clay: “who and when to enrich” rules, must-have fields, cost-control for credits, deduplication (Clay + CRM).
- Configure integrations and automation: correct creation of lead/deal/activities in Pipedrive with source, campaign tags, segment.
- Maintain transparency of results: short regular updates, conclusions from tests, plan for next iterations.
Will be a plus
- Experience in multichannel outbound (email + LinkedIn) and ABM/ICP approach.
- Experience in working with allbound signals (website visitors, buying signals) as a 2nd touch.
- Experience of deliverability monitoring (postmaster, blacklist, seed tests).
- Experience of building an outbound system from scratch, documentation, short SOPs.
