In your area of responsibility will be:
- Analysis of feedback from customers - work with various feedback channels, find patterns and look for ways to improve.
- Implementation of changes and new projects - improve processes, automate routine tasks, help launch new products and services aimed at improving customer experience
- Optimization of business processes — identify weak points and propose solutions to increase efficiency.

- Communication with teams - interact with colleagues from other departments to implement changes.
