Senior Java Backend Engineer in Rekrutingoviy centr SIL BEZPILOTNIH SISTEM

The 414th Separate Strike Unmanned Aviation Systems Brigade "Birds of Magyar" is a high-tech unit within the Unmanned Systems Forces specializing in the use of strike, reconnaissance, and radio electronic systems. The brigade has its own production, engineering and design, and restoration and repair facilities, as well as software development departments. The unit is looking for a strong and motivated Java developer to work on internal tools.

Responsibilities

• creating backend functionality
• requirements analysis and finding technical solutions, designing architecture
• writing clear, efficient and high-quality code
• covering the code with tests
• creating documentation

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Java backend development
• experience with relational databases
• experience with code coverage tests (unit/integration/e2e)
• experience and understanding of Docker
• ability to work with CI/CD pipelines
• experience working with cloud platforms
• English language skills at a level sufficient to work with technical documentation
• proactivity and responsibility

Conditions

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• service in the south and east of Ukraine
• financial support from 50,000 hryvnias depending on the conditions of service
• 15 days of official vacation every 6 months
