Senior Graphic Designer in PrintStudio

We are looking for a Design Genius (Senior Graphic Designer) to join our printing family! 

We are not a huge corporation with endless zooms. We are a modern printing company where every print is important, and the smell of fresh paint inspires masterpieces. We need a person who does not just "draw layouts", but feels paper, color and form by touch. We have a minimum of bureaucracy and a maximum of space for your ideas. 

What you will do (Your Creator-way):

• Create visual worlds: from concept to final layout;
• Manage aesthetics: make sure that every project looks like a million, even if it is a small order; 
• Prepare for printing like a god: you know what is bleed, overprint and why CMYK is life (or at least part of it); 
• Make design decisions independently and use Al-tools to optimize quick and standard tasks; 
• Manage a small but creative team of designers. 

Our ideal candidate:

• Responsible driver: knows how to lead a project independently and is not afraid of changes (because he knows how to justify his decision); 
• Has a "diamond eye": sees the difference between shades of black and feels the composition at the molecular level; 
• Adobe package master: Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign are your best friends.
