The product is a complete sales system (CRM) that is based on time-proven service sales processes. Our CRM is designed to guide your team through the sales process from suspect development to a closed sale and turnover to operations. It contains tools to streamline the sales process; these tools include a mobile surveying tool, service contract and project estimating, and proposal generation. Managers will have greater visibility over the activities of their sales team and be able to manage and forecast future sales easily with this tool. We have created a unique set of reports and dashboards, making managing multiple reps in a single office or in many cities or regions a breeze. The CRM reporting allows for quick answers and follow-ups to clients.

Requirements:

• Professional experience 7+ years with Angular
• An expert in Angular unit testing (5+ years)
• Experience using Git in a professional/workplace environment
• A solid understanding of core web and browser concepts
• A solid understanding of semantic HTML, CSS, and core JavaScript concepts.
• Proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal, sufficient for success in a remote and largely asynchronous work environment
• Demonstrated capacity to clearly and concisely communicate about complex technical, architectural, and/or organizational problems and propose thorough iterative solutions
• Experience with performance and optimization problems and a demonstrated ability to both diagnose and prevent these problems
• Comfort working in a highly agile, intensely iterative software development process
• Demonstrated ability to onboard and integrate with an organization long-term
• Positive and solution-oriented mindset
• Effective communication skills: Regularly achieve consensus with peers and clear status updates
• An inclination towards communication, inclusion, and visibility
• Self-motivated and self-managing, with great organizational skills.
• Experience with React will be a plus

Responsibilities:

• Work with Product Management and other stakeholders (Backend, UX, etc.) to iterate on new features
• Craft code that meets our internal standards for style, maintainability, and best practices for a high-scale web environment.
• Help improve the overall experience of our product through improving the quality of the Frontend features both in your group and features that benefit other groups.
• Help identify areas of improvement in the code base, both specific to your group and outside your group (e.g. component library), and help contribute to making it better
• Learn, collaborate, and teach other Frontend Engineers.
• Advocate for product quality, security, and performance improvements that have a particular impact on your team and others.
• Solve technical problems of the highest scope and complexity for your team.
• Proactively seeks out difficult impediments to our efficiency as a team (“technical debt”), propose and implement solutions that will enable the entire team to iterate faster
• Provide mentorship for all Engineers on your team to help them grow in their technical responsibilities and remove blockers.
