• Strong programming skills in Java and React with minimum 5 years of experience
• Hands-on experience with clean code and testing methodologies
• Experience with industry-standard frameworks and tools such as SpringBoot, Maven, Web/RESTful service development
• Strong analytical skills paired with good interpersonal skills
• Fluent level of written and spoken English
• Openness to hybrid work from the office in Warsaw
