Senior expert in social adaptation in The Right to Protection, CF

BF "Right to Defense" (hereinafter - the Fund) is a charitable organization that focuses on supporting internally displaced persons (IDPs) and other vulnerable categories. The fund monitors the protection of rights, provides legal and social assistance and implements humanitarian programs in almost all regions of Ukraine.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

In order to cover the social problems of such peopleBF "Right to protection"in partnership with The UN Refugee Agency implements the project "Advocacy, protection and legal assistance for internally displaced persons". span>

Position of senior social adaptation expert span>provides for the coordination of the activities of social workers, facilitators and the strategy for the development of social adaptation services.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Development and implementation of a strategy for the development of social adaptation services.

• Coordination of the work of social workers and facilitators.

• Interaction with local communities, local government and international partners.

• Conducting trainings and methodical seminars for social workers.

• Quality control and effectiveimplementation of adaptation services.

• Analysis of IDP needs and reporting on work results.

• Organization of integration activities to support IDPs.

• Documentation in accordance with the Foundation's standards /span>

• Understanding and compliance with the Code of Conduct and other Foundation policies.

PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Higher education in the field of social work, administrative management or related fields.

• Experience of managing teams in the social or humanitarian sphere.

• Ability to develop strategies and methodologies for providing social services.

•  Understanding the specifics of work with IDPs and humanitarian organizations.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Willingness to travel and work in a dynamic environment.
