Work schedule: five-day work week, Sat., Sun. — weekends

Position tasks: 

We are looking for a responsible, organized student who wants to gain valuable experience in the field of education and personnel development. 

This role will allow you to increase the level of training organization processes, work in a team of professionals and develop your skills

Main functional responsibilities:< /b>

• Organization and coordination of training events (trainings, webinars, seminars)
• Preparation of presentations, reports and training materials
• Maintenance of training schedule and updating the database data of participants
• Administrative support: creation of lists of participants, sending invitations, control of task performance
• Participation in the development of new training programs and formats
• Helping the team in the implementation of projects direction of personnel development

Requirements for the candidate:

• Student [preferred specialty - pedagogy , management, HR, psychology, etc.]
• Basic skills of working with MS Office, Google documents
• Responsibility, organization, initiative
• Communication and desire to learn new things
• Willingness to work full-time
