In order to continue to create a strong employer brand on the market, we are looking for a Senior Employer Brand Manager to join the team. You will work in the Employer Brand direction, manage the Employer Marketing specialist in the team and increase brand loyalty both from outside and inside the company. What challenges await you: — Creation and implementation of an employer brand strategy to attract top candidates on the market. — Monitoring and analysis of the effectiveness of Employer Brand initiatives based on key metrics. — Organization and implementation of cool initiatives (offline/online ), aimed at attracting top candidates.— Increasing awareness of the expla brand in the media, corporate social networks, professional communities, universities, etc.;— Organization and support of internal initiatives within the company to improve eNPS (CSR, development of ambassadors, corporate merch, etc.). — Close interaction with People Operations teams (Recruiting, HR, Administrative) to achieve common goals. What experience will be relevant for this position: — Experience of employer brand manager, talent development, brand marketing manager from 3 years. — Independent writing of materials, coordination working with specialized media.— Experience working with marketing tools and understanding marketing metrics.— Setting KPIs and evaluating work results, through metrics and business impact.— Leading turnkey projects and working in multitasking mode.— Ability to clearly express and argue your point vision.— Implementation of creative and non-standard solutions in your direction.— Team management.
