Are you an Email Marketing expert with Klaviyo experience? Looking to take on a real challenge? We are seeking a dynamic individual to take on a key role in managing email accounts for our diverse portfolio and help scale our team up to the next level.

Profit Wave Media is a Digital Marketing Agency with a wide-range e-commerce client portfolio catering to top-tier brands. We partner with multiple 7-figure eCommerce brands allowing you to work with some of the biggest brands in the market. 

About this role:

As an Email Marketing Specialist, you’ll be the creative force behind our clients’ email strategies. Each day, you’ll craft monthly campaign calendars, dream up fresh campaign ideas, and run A/B tests to perfect email elements. 

You’ll work closely with our talented designers and copywriters to ensure every campaign and flow with the client’s brand is spot-on. Your keen eye for detail will help you identify quick wins, tackle bottlenecks, and keep performance on track by updating KPI sheets. Plus, you’ll keep clients in the loop with weekly reports and impressive monthly presentations.

 Qualifications:

Required:
 

• 3+ years of hands-on email marketing experience for e-commerce with a good track record of achieving results
• 3+ years of Klaviyo expertise
• 3+ years of copywriting experience, preferably in the e-commerce space but not required
• Has keen attention to detail, takes ownership, innovative, and results-driven
• Exceptional communication skills in English

Preference:

• Experience training and managing a team of 5 email marketers or more
• Experience in establishing SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and workflow processes for the team

Compensation:

• $1500/month with a gradual increase monthly up to $1800/month on the 4th month
• If you hit your KPIs, the salary will increase every 3 months
