Junior CRM manager in Native Apps

We are looking for a Junior CRM manager-a who will join the team to analyze and manage the CRM system.
 

This vacancy will suit you if you:

• Have experience in CRM systems of 6 months or more;
• Have knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, Docs;
• Know the English language not lower than the Pre-Intermediate level;
• Able to learn quickly;
• Attentive to details.< br/> 

Will be an advantage:
 

• Multitasking, the ability to conduct several projects in parallel;
• Ability to write technical tasks for the development or refinement of the functional;
• Automation of work processes.
   

Your duties will include:

• Segmentation of the client base to build personal communication;
• Interaction with Product departments in the process of creating advertising promotions;
• Coordinating the work of notification streams;
• Starting notification streams on various communication channels with clients;
• Ordering and full support of the process of creating advertising texts, creatives, interaction with copywriters, editors;

• Launch of segments, support and control of advertising campaigns for clients;
• Publishing materials on projects and ensuring the relevance of posted information.
