How exactly you can influence the development of the company:

- search for patterns and explain events with the help of data
- development of reports and dashboards for business users
- processing Ad-hoc requests
- testing hypotheses within the department and from business users
- conducting AB-testing and issuing recommendations based on their results
- drawing conclusions on the operation of the product and its optimization
- setting alerts for extreme indicators
- monitoring and operational work with reports
- participation in the development of tools and algorithms together with specialists Data Science team

Challenges for three months:

- familiarization with all available data sources
- familiarization with the process of solving typical tasks
- development of reports and dashboards from the planned pool
- adaptation in the team and collective
- execution of specific tasks according to the plan
- proper quality of task execution

For achieving results, you will need:

- experience in the development and monitoring of analytical dashboards and reports from 3 years
- execution of analytical tasks "turnkey"
- knowledge of basic conversions and product metrics (retention, asquisition, LTV, etc)
- experience in optimization and automation of the same type of operations
- formation of technical knowledge for creating new types of data necessary for the performance of tasks
- high SQL proficiency for data queries (window functions, data grouping)
- advanced proficiency in one of the BI tools (Tableau/Looker/QlikView/PowerBI)
